Pencil Printer.
This might just be the best product I have ever seen.  It takes your old pencils, grinds them up, and prints with them.  Oh, and since it’s pencil, you can erase whatever you print.  I want to make digital drawings, then have them printed on paper with a pencil, just to create black holes in space and time.  Thanks Dornob!

Tyrant Alarm Clock will Ruin Your Life, Get You Up in the Morning
The clock syncs up with your cell phone, randomly goes through your contact list, and then calls someone different every three minutes after your intended wake up time. It displays in a large size the name of the person who’s about to get their own wake up call from you. The potential for it to call someone and in some way completely ruin your life is huge. A disaster waiting to happen, which would make it the ideal alarm clock. Don’t want your boss, mom, or mistress awoken at some ungodly hour? Then get your butt out of bed and turn the Tyrant off.
The alarm clock has just been brought to a whole new level.

OMG no thank you. Though, this might be exactly what I need to actually wake up when I’m supposed to, haha…

My dog is totally getting one of these…

Tapping into the social media craze, toy giant Mattel Inc. is preparing to release Puppy Tweets, a high-tech toy that will allow dogs to publicize their everyday activities on Twitter via a sound and motion sensor.

Attached to a dog’s collar, the plastic tag randomly generates one of 500 canned tweets when it detects barking or movement and automatically posts an update to Fido’s own Twitter page.

A round of woofing could lead to a tweet of “I bark because I miss you. There, I said it. Now hurry home.” A frenzied run through the backyard might garner “I finally caught that tail I’ve been chasing, and … OOUUUCHH!”

How cute! For only $30 it would be silly for me to NOT get one of these for my crazy chihuahua.

Kevin, you obviously could not see how “magical” the iPad is. Just wait until the MAX iPad comes out, then you’ll be eating your words for sure. =P

The Corner of Technology and Liberal Arts.
Haha, this just makes me think of buzz words like ‘synergy’ and ‘web 3.0’.  I get even more LOLs out of seeing a tiny Steve Jobs in the bottom left corner.  Overall, I’m rather disappointed in the iPad.  No pressure sensitivity, no camera for live chat.  I just can’t see a reason to get this if I already have a laptop and an iPhone. Shrug.
